【PHP】帳號密碼如何加密? Hashing with Salt

利用PHP mcrypt_create_iv function 先產生SALT

再把要密碼前面加上SALT，然後進行SHA256加密。

最好用PBKDF2 (Password-Based Key Derivation Function 2)方法加密
